Meet Dr. Simon Dardashti

I am Dr. Simon Dardashti, an MD Physician who provides medical-legal expert consultation work. I review cases, write reports detailing the nature of injuries, causation, and appropriateness of treatment. I prepare for deposition and trial. I have been performing medical-legal work since 2014 with the following professional background:

Education: I graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, followed by a Master’s degree from Georgetown University and an MD degree from the Chicago Medical School.

Training: I completed a rigorous four-year internship/residency in Anesthesiology at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, and further specialized in Interventional Spine and Pain Management through a Fellowship program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Professional Experience: Dr. Dardashti has been actively practicing since 2015, focusing on Pain Management, Anesthesiology, and Medical Corporate Compliance. He has worked in various settings including in the outpatient, inpatient hospital and private practice settings.

Certifications: I am Board-Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in both Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. I am in active patient care with a California medical license. I bring over 10 years of medical expertise to my medical legal practice.

Expertise: With a research focus on spinal injury, I am well-equipped to provide valuable insights as an expert witness in legal proceedings. I am know for my prompt communication and articulate demeanor during depositions.
